Our services are warranted for 30 calendar days, from the date your computer is released. During this period, we can access your computer through a remote session (over the net), to provide assistance.
All hardware purchased from CPR is warranted for 30 calendar days, from the date your computer is released. Should the hardware need to be replaced within the warranty period, there will be no aditional charge for the warranted materials and labor.
Given the unstable nature of software, CPR does not warrant the compatibility or functionality of software solutions. Support for software that has been purchased from CPR is provided by the manufacturer.
