Availability
We may need to take your unit in-shop for further servicing. Tools and resources are needed in order to achieve optimal results, but are not always readily available on a mobile call. A computer repair requires full diagnostics, performed both on your hardware and software, before we can determine the next course of action. This process takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on your system's performance. Once finished, we move to the repair phase, which takes 1 to 3 hours. A complete repair procedure is a time consuming process, unless you are expecting a very short term solution.
