CPR has created this statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy issues. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for CPR.
 At CPR, we are very committed to your privacy, and here is our privacy promise to you: We respect your rights. We never sell, trade or transfer your personal information outside our company. We collect only basic information at the time you submit a service request. This information includes your name, email and phone number. Your personal information is used solely by CPR to fulfill your request for services or to contact you regarding your repair or support.

 

  • DATA PRIVACY - CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal data is safe. Any and all information gathered or that CPR comes in contact with is considered and treated as confidential information. This information is never released to anyone other than yourself or those you specify as having need of it. Moreover, we are committed not to look, read, or interact in any way with your personal data or information, unless otherwise requested and authorized by the client.

 

  • ILLEGAL APPLICATIONS

CPR will not install any type of illegal software. We require software CDs or DVDs along with all product key code data from you, before installing or reinstalling any software such as your Windows operating system or Microsoft Office.

 

  • VIRUS REMOVAL

CPR simply cannot warranty any malware/virus removal jobs. Once we have removed any infections and your computer is clean, CPR has no control over the websites you may visit or software you may install, that can cause a reinfection of your system.

 

  • NEWSLETTER

We use contact data to send clients information about our company, service specials, and computer tips via the "CPR Newsletter". We understand, though, that you may not want us to send you emails. Accordingly, as part of the CPR Newsletter, we will always give you the option of declining to receive further information.

 

  • ON SITE ASSISTANCE
  1. Computer case might need to be opened for diagnosis in case of hardware issues.
  2. An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.
  3. Computer must be easily accessible at time of scheduled appointment.
  4. Changes in appointments should be made at least 8 hours in advance by calling CPR.
  5. CPR reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
  6. Microsoft Windows® 2000, OS X 10.3 and older operating systems may require additional configuration charges.
  7. Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
  8. Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
  9. CPR guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the labor warranty.
  10. Labor offers must be prepaid on pick-up and delivery based services.
  11. Once diagnostic has been issued, the computer will be serviced. Computer will be delivered in condition stated on diagnostics sheet. CPR will not be held responsible for problems of any kind, hardware or software, after delivery. Applies to home-office and pick-up-delivery based services.
  12. CPR will not be held responsible for any warranty issues after computer case has been opened.
  13. Service and delivery can take longer than the estimated time, which can be related to slow computer performance, bad hardware, no hardware available in store or manufacturer, power outage, and even auto traffic rush hours.

  1. These are blogs. By it's very nature, the information you find here is in a constant flux. Some information may not be complete, and some may already be out of date.

  11. CPR is not responsible for any defamatory statements bound to government, religious, or other laws from the reader's country of origin. Use of this site is at your own risk.

 Comments, thoughts and opinions are welcome. Please keep them polite, as CPR does reserve the right to delete inappropriate or abusive comments.
CPR leaves commenting options open on all articles, so feel free to post your opinions of any articles. However, a few rules must be set down, just to make it legal.
  12. If you're using the comments system to sell something (also known as spamming), or to encourage someone to visit your site for the purpose of selling medications, insurances, etc., your comment will be removed immediately and your IP address will be banned.
  13. Please be polite, no name calling, rudeness, personal attacks and so on. If you're unsure on whether your comment qualifies as falling under these limitations, just remember the Golden Rule. Discussions are welcome, but keep it nice.
