 Best Bang for the Buck is CPR. I found CPR on the web. Rodrigo is friendly, honest and a computer wizard. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my "no boot" Dell XPS M140 laptop. Dell Tech Support was way off base with their assessment of what had to be done. My optical drive and memory chip were defective. Dell said it was the hard drive. He re-installed my Win XP operating system and got rid of all the crapware. To top that off, his prices were very reasonable! My old laptop was brand new again. | CPR is great. It's always a little weird dropping your computer off to someone running their business out of home, but I imagine this is what lets Rodrigo keep his rates super low. | I would like to personally thank CPR for repairing my Dell XPS M140 laptop. I was very confident from the very beginning after talking with the tech on the phone, and later meeting to drop off my laptop. I felt comfortable and trusted him from the get go! Rodrigo was amazing and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with lighting speed, something that Dell Tech Support could not do. He explained everything in detail. He provided a very reasonable estimate and even included extras to make my laptop brand new again. He reinstalled my windows xp operating system and got rid of all the crapware. I was totally happy that Rodrigo took the extra steps and showed that he truly cares and prides himself in doing great work. | I recommend CPR highly and without reservation. Rodrigo, is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and I could tell he was an honest guy as soon as I met him. Although I dropped off my laptop at the end of the work day, he started working on it immediately, and within an hour or so, he had e-mailed and called me with his prognosis. He gave me several options - there was no "selling" or pressure to choose one option over the other, just an honest assessment and a range of options. I chose an option, and by the next morning, Rodrigo had fixed my computer, replaced my hard drive, and moved all of my pictures and other files from my corrupted hard drive to the new hard drive. I was 100% satisfied with my "new" computer. Rodrigo made me feel as though I was his priority, and that he valued my business - great customer service. | My experience with CPR was extraordinary. I dropped my laptop and thought I'd need to buy a new one. In just 2 days, CPR repaired my laptop for a fraction of the cost for a new one. | I had a great experience working with CPR. I work with multiple computers for photo editing so when 2 of my main ones stop working I needed help fast! Rodrigo was able to pin point the problems and by the 2nd day, it was all taken care of. I would highly recommend CPR. The communication with the online updates are great. I had taken my non-working laptop to another repair place earlier but all I got was the run around and it had wasted 2 weeks of my time & money. This is the real deal if you need fast, professional computer repair!
